The world’s most hated font is hands down Comic Sans, which means of course it has its own day. Every first Friday in July, celebrate Comic Sans Day by finding a font other than Comic Sans.

I’m a passionate (obsessed?) font enthusiast, and one of my favorite font-fan sites is Dafont. The key to finding your perfect font on Dafont is to put sample text into the custom preview box and then search by theme (cartoon, curly, calligraphy, handwritten). Font Squirrel is another great resource, though it doesn’t provide a preview of your text.
