Oh app-y day! December 11 is National App Day. One of my favorite sites for new apps is Product Hunt, which is like the Reddit for tech tools.

All the cool kids with the cool new tech tools hang out on Product Hunt. New tools are “hunted” by the tool founder or another community member. Registered users then upvote the best tools. You can browse by category or just keep up with the day’s trends. No matter how you bump around, you’re going to find great web apps, cloud companies and design tools.
